Meet our Team

President and CEO

Carman Skeehan

Carman comes from a long career managing mapping and design projects. Projects have been located primarily in the U.S. and throughout Colorado including several multi-use development projects. She is an innovative and quality-oriented professional who has a proven record of elevating operating production, driving technical efficiencies, and maintaining quality standards. Carman holds a Masters of Engineering in GIS and a BS in Architecture.

Senior Spatial Analyst

Kathryn Black

Kathryn possesses a far-reaching technical background in GIS, managing spatial data, and project management. Integrating technology with planning skills is core to TGA’s services, and Kathryn is very adept at combining these skills to provide excellent project management, customer service, and quality products to our clients in the public and private sector. Kathryn holds a Master of Science in Environmental Studies and a BS in Geography.

Director of Business Development

Dar Herfurt

Dar is responsible for the marketing, outreach events and business development efforts of the company. Prior to joining TGA she was in the Health Care Industry for over 25 years and has extensive experience in Marketing and Business Development. She feels strongly that the key to a successful business is creating, building & nurturing relationships. Dar holds a dual Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Health Administration (MSHA).

Visualization Specialist

Paul Newton

Paul brings a broad range of visual communication expertise from urban design, landscape architecture, and planning fields. Paul creatively combines engineering, design and planning tools (GIS, GPS, Parametric Modeling, Design Visualization, 5D Proforma), to develop accurate and defensible communication solutions tailored to project requirements and strategic outcomes. Paul has a degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
